- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small green cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste

- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
Instructions
Set multi-cooker to SAUTÉ and heat oil
Brown ground beef until no pink remains
Drain excess fat if needed
Add onion and cook two minutes
Stir in garlic and tomato paste
Add shredded cabbage and beef broth
Season with tamari, paprika, salt, pepper
Close lid and cook high pressure 3 minutes
Quick release pressure per maker instructions
Stir in lemon juice and scallions
Adjust seasoning and serve hot
