Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 baguette, sliced
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes
While tomatoes roast, toast bread slices in oven
Spread ricotta cheese on each toasted slice
Top with roasted tomatoes and fresh basil
