Ingredients

  • 6 oz baked tortilla chips
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder

Line air fryer basket with parchment paper or use air fryer-safe pan

Arrange half of tortilla chips in single layer on parchment

Top chips with half of chicken black beans corn onion and cheese

Add second layer of chips and repeat toppings

Sprinkle with cumin and chili powder

Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes

Place loaded nachos in air fryer basket

Cook at 375°F for 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly

Remove carefully from air fryer

Top with jalapeño slices Greek yogurt salsa and fresh cilantro
