Ingredients
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
Instructions
Add warm water to the bread maker pan
Sprinkle yeast over water; let sit 5 minutes
Combine sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl
Add both flours, sugar mix, and butter to pan
Select 'Basic' or 'Sweet' setting and start
Add raisins when prompted during kneading
Cool on wire rack before slicing
