Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cooking spray or a little oil
Instructions
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the filling on half of each tortilla.
Fold tortillas in half to form quesadillas.
Lightly spray both sides with cooking spray.
Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
Cook quesadillas for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Remove, slice, and serve.
