Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split into flats and drums
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- cup buffalo sauce (optional for serving)
Instructions
Pat chicken wings dry thoroughly with paper towels
In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil
Mix all dry seasonings in a small bowl
Coat wings evenly with seasoning mixture
Preheat air fryer to 380F for 3 minutes
Place wings in air fryer basket in a single layer, not touching
Cook at 380F for 10 minutes
Flip wings using tongs
Increase temperature to 400F and cook for additional 10 minutes until crispy
Check internal temperature reaches 165F
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Toss with buffalo sauce if desired
