Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Dip cauliflower florets in flour mixture, then milk.
Coat florets with breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Spray lightly with olive oil for crispiness.
Air fry for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
