Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta of choice
- 4 cups thinly sliced cabbage
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
Set instant pot to sauté mode
Add oil and butter to pot
Sauté garlic one minute until fragrant
Add cabbage and cook two minutes
Pour in broth and add pasta
Lock lid and pressure cook four minutes
Quick release pressure carefully
Stir in cream and Parmesan
Add lemon, salt, and pepper
Cook one minute on sauté to thicken
Garnish with parsley and serve
