Cabbage & Cheddar Bread Maker Loaf

Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs

- 2 cups shredded cabbage, packed
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

Instructions
Preheat multi-cooker to BAKE 325°F
Grease loaf pan and set aside
Whisk flour, baking powder, salt
Stir in sugar and black pepper
Mix eggs, buttermilk, oil in bowl
Fold wet mix into dry until moistened
Add cabbage, onion, cheddar, and caraway
Stir just until batter comes together
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan
Place pan in multi-cooker and bake
Check with toothpick at 45 minutes
Cool loaf 10 minutes before slicing
