Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 packet instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
- 1 cup milk, warmed to 110°F
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon for filling
Instructions
Add bread flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon to machine.
Make a well and add yeast.
Pour in warm milk, melted butter, and egg.
Select 'Basic' cycle and start machine.
While mixing, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for filling.
After dough rise, roll out and sprinkle filling.
Roll dough into a log and place in pan.
Let rise again until doubled in size.
Bake in bread machine until golden brown.
Cool on rack before slicing.
