Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin-on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika
Brush the herb mixture evenly over the salmon fillets
Preheat air fryer to 380F for 3 minutes
Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't overlap
Cook for 10-12 minutes until salmon reaches internal temperature of 145F
Check salmon at 8 minutes to prevent overcooking
Let rest for 3-5 minutes after cooking
Serve with fresh lemon wedges and additional herbs if desired
