Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought potato gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

If using frozen gnocchi let thaw at room temperature for 10 minutes or follow package directions

In large mixing bowl combine gnocchi olive oil minced garlic Italian seasoning garlic powder onion powder salt black pepper and red pepper flakes

Toss gnocchi gently until evenly coated with oil and seasonings

Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes

Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray

Add seasoned gnocchi to basket in single layer working in batches if needed

Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes then shake basket to redistribute gnocchi

Continue cooking shaking basket every 5 minutes for total of 15 minutes
