Ingredients
- 2 lbs cube steak
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season cube steak with salt and pepper.
Place steak in slow cooker.
Add sliced onions on top.
Sprinkle ranch dressing mix over steak.
Pour cream of mushroom soup over everything.
Add beef broth to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours.
Once done, shred steak if desired.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
