Juicy steak with pasta and garlic toast: flavoursome, hearty and satisfying

Treat your taste buds to a sensational dinner with this delectable combination of succulent steak, hearty pasta, and crispy garlic toast.
Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (about 200g each)
- 200g pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 4 slices of bread (ciabatta or baguette)
Instructions
Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta cooks, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet once the oil is hot.
Cook the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, avoiding browning the garlic.
Add the cooked pasta to the garlic butter mixture and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the pasta to absorb some flavour.
Meanwhile, preheat your oven's broiler. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet, brush one side with remaining olive oil, and broil for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
To serve, plate the garlic pasta, top with sliced steak, and drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top. Serve with the garlic toast and garnish with fresh parsley.
