Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain excess fat
Add beef to slow cooker with other ingredients
Stir well to combine all ingredients
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours
In the last 30 minutes, add cream cheese and pasta
Stir until cheese melts, then serve hot
Garnish with cilantro before serving
