Ingredients
- 2 lbs steak, cubed
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high
Brown steak cubes for 5-7 minutes
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika
Layer potatoes in slow cooker base
Add browned steak on top of potatoes
Spread chopped onion and minced garlic over layers
Pour cream of mushroom soup and beef broth on top
Stir gently to combine
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours
Add cheese in last 30 minutes before serving
