Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package cheese tortellini (about 20 oz)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Place cubed chicken in slow cooker base
Add cream of mushroom soup and heavy cream
Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning
Season with salt and pepper, stir well
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours
In the last 30 minutes, add tortellini
Stir in Parmesan cheese before serving
Garnish with fresh parsley
