Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Spread chickpeas on baking sheet
Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel

Pour oil mixture over chickpeas and toss
Spread in a single layer on the sheet
Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy
Shake pan halfway through cooking
