Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Cooking spray
Instructions
Pat chicken tenderloins completely dry with paper towels for better coating adhesion
Set up breading station with three bowls flour in first beaten eggs in second breadcrumb mixture in third
In third bowl mix panko breadcrumbs parmesan garlic powder paprika salt and pepper
Working with one tenderloin at a time coat in flour shaking off excess
Dip floured chicken in beaten egg letting excess drip off
Press chicken firmly into breadcrumb mixture coating all sides thoroughly
Place breaded tenders on parchment-lined baking sheet
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes
Spray air fryer basket generously with cooking spray
Arrange chicken tenders in single layer in basket not touching
Spray tops of tenders generously with cooking spray
Cook at 400°F for 6 minutes then carefully flip each tender
Spray flipped side with oil and cook additional 6 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F
While chicken cooks prepare honey butter garlic sauce in small saucepan
Melt butter over medium heat add minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant
Stir in honey and cook 2 minutes until well combined remove from heat
Toss cooked chicken tenders in honey butter garlic sauce until evenly coated
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately while hot
