  • 1.5 lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Cooking spray

Pat chicken tenderloins completely dry with paper towels for better coating adhesion

Set up breading station with three bowls flour in first beaten eggs in second breadcrumb mixture in third
