Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas and olive oil.
Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Toss until chickpeas are evenly coated.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan over chickpeas and mix well.
Place chickpeas in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
Once crispy, remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
