Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15-20 minutes until crispy, shaking halfway.
Remove from air fryer, sprinkle with Parmesan.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired before serving.
