- ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions
Pound chicken breast cubes slightly to flatten to ½-inch thickness for easier wrapping
Cut turkey slices into pieces large enough to wrap around chicken cubes
Place one Swiss cheese cube on each chicken piece
Wrap turkey slice around chicken and cheese, securing with toothpick if needed
Set up breading station with three bowls: flour in first, beaten eggs in second, panko mixed with spices in third
Season flour with salt and pepper, mix panko with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
Roll each chicken bundle in flour, shaking off excess
Dip in beaten egg, coating completely
Press firmly into panko mixture, ensuring full coverage on all sides
Place breaded bites on parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate 15 minutes to set coating
Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray
Arrange cordon bleu bites in single layer, not touching, spray tops generously with oil
Cook at 375°F for 8 minutes, then carefully flip each bite
Spray flipped side with oil and cook additional 7 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F
Remove toothpicks if used and let rest 3 minutes before serving
