Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets, about 6 oz each
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika
Brush the mixture over both sides of the fillets
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Place fillets in air fryer basket without overlapping
Cook for 10-12 minutes until cooked through
Check for doneness, flakes easily with a fork
Serve with lemon slices and garnish with parsley
