Steak, Scallop and Salmon Hibachi Plate – High-Protein, Nutrient-Rich and Irresistibly Tasty

Elevate your home dining experience with this delightful combination of steak, scallops, and salmon cooked hibachi-style for a dish that’s both exotic and comforting.
Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (about 200g each)
- 8 large sea scallops
- 2 salmon fillets (about 150g each)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon (for garnish)
Instructions
Begin by marinating the steaks. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and ginger. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate steaks for at least 15 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Remove the steaks from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and sear them for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust time according to desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the scallops, cooking for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
Next, place the salmon fillets in the skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
During the last minute of cooking salmon, pour the reserved marinade into the skillet to create a sauce. Stir in sliced green onions.
Slice the rested steak and serve it on a plate with scallops and salmon. Drizzle with the marinade sauce and garnish with lemon slices.
