Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and cheese for toppings
Instructions
In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion and breadcrumbs.
Add egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Form mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Place patties in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
Use a meat thermometer to check 160°F.
Assemble burgers with buns and toppings.
