Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Place potatoes and onion in slow cooker
Pour chicken broth over potatoes
Add cream of chicken soup and stir
Season with salt and pepper to taste

Once cooked, stir in milk and cheese
