Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place Brussels sprouts in air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar if desired.
Serve immediately while hot.
