Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
Pat chickpeas dry with paper towels
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas with oil and spices
Toss well to coat evenly
Place chickpeas in air fryer basket
Cook for 15-20 minutes shaking halfway through
Check for crispness and adjust time if needed
Remove from air fryer and let cool before serving
