Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- 1/4 cup finely diced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Place softened cream cheese in the bottom of the crock-pot
Add shredded chicken on top of cream cheese
Pour buffalo sauce and ranch dressing over the chicken
Add shredded cheddar cheese, blue cheese, celery, and green onions
Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper
Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 1.5-2 hours
Stir well every hour to combine ingredients and prevent sticking
Once everything is hot and melted, stir until completely combined
Switch to WARM setting for serving at parties
Garnish with additional green onions if desired
