  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • ½ cup marinara sauce, plus extra for dipping
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

In large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well combined

Fold in diced cooked chicken and marinara sauce into cheese mixture

Divide pizza dough into 4 equal portions on floured surface

Roll each portion into 6-inch circle about ¼-inch thick

Spoon ¼ of filling onto one half of each dough circle, leaving ½-inch border

Brush edges of dough with beaten egg

Fold dough over filling to create half-moon shape, press edges firmly to seal
