  • Toaster For toasting the English muffins
  • Egg ring For shaping the egg (optional)
  • Spatula For flipping the egg and patty
  • Butter knife For spreading butter on the muffins

Ingrédients

  • 2 English muffins split and toasted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 breakfast patties chicken or turkey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Toast the English muffins until golden brown and spread butter on each half.

Cook the Breakfast Patties

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the breakfast patties for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked.

Cook the Eggs

  • In the same skillet, grease the egg rings (if using) and crack one egg into each ring.
  • Season with salt and black pepper, cover, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until set.

Assemble the McMuffins

  • Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each toasted English muffin.
  • Add the cooked breakfast patty on top of the cheese.
  • Top with the cooked egg and cover with the top half of the English muffin.

Serve
