Ingrédients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cups pasta cooked and drained
  • 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the Beef

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.

Assemble the Casserole

  • In a bowl, combine cooked beef, cooked pasta, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Bake

  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve

  • Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
