Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Prepare the Batter

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until fully combined.

Bake

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.

Cool and Serve

  • Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares and serving.
