Ingrédients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries do not thaw if frozen

Instructions

Prepare the Batter

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or grease with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
  • Add milk and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in blueberries.

Bake and Serve

  • Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
