Ingrédients

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat and Prepare:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Mix Wet Ingredients:

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add Dry Ingredients:

  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Fold in Chocolate Chips:

  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake the Bread:

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:

  • Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack before slicing and serving.
