Ingrédients

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs sliced
  • 4 oz sliced turkey or chicken, cut into strips
  • 4 oz sliced ham cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Prepare the Dressing

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Assemble the Salad

  • In a large salad bowl, arrange the romaine lettuce as the base.
  • Top with sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, hard-boiled eggs, turkey, and ham.

Dress and Serve

  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
