Equipment

Ingrédients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for crust
  • 3 packages cream cheese softened (8 oz each)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar for filling
  • 3 eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.

Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  • Mix in vanilla extract, sour cream, flour, and salt until fully incorporated.

Bake the Cheesecake

  • Pour the filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the center is slightly jiggly.
  • Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit inside for 1 hour to prevent cracking.

Cool and Serve

  • Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
