Ingrédients

  • 10 jalapeños halved and deseeded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Jalapeños

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.

Make the Cheese Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Mix well until fully combined.

Stuff the Jalapeños

  • Using a spoon, fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, smoothing the top.

Bake

  • Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Serve

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.
