Ingrédients

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup black beans cooked or canned, rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Marinate and Cook Chicken

  • In a bowl, toss sliced chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit 10 minutes.
  • Heat grill pan or skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through.

Assemble the Bowls

  • In serving bowls, layer lettuce, black beans, tomatoes, and red onion.
  • Top with sliced grilled chicken and drizzle with fresh lime juice.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy warm or chilled.
