Ingrédients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper.

Sear the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Bake the Chicken:

  • Transfer chicken to a baking dish and brush generously with the apricot glaze.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Rest and Serve:

  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
