Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments drained
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients

  • Drain the pineapple chunks and mandarin orange segments.
  • Halve the maraschino cherries and remove any excess syrup.

Mix the Salad

  • In a mixing bowl, combine whipped cream and sour cream until smooth.
  • Fold in the marshmallows, shredded coconut, pineapple, mandarin oranges, cherries, and pecans if using.

Chill and Serve

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
