- 6 large sweet onions, peeled and quartered
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, whole
- 6 ears corn on the cob, cut into thirds
- 1 cup BBQ sauce

- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons butter or oil
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, liquid smoke, smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper
Place quartered onions, potatoes, and corn pieces in the slow-cooker
Pour the seasoning mixture over the vegetables
Add vegetable broth and butter/oil to the slow-cooker
Sprinkle sea salt over the ingredients
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until vegetables are tender
Gently stir once halfway through cooking time
