Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water

Instructions
In a bowl, mix warm water and sugar together.
Add yeast; let stand until foamy, about 5 mins.
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and herbs.
Stir in yeast mixture and olive oil; mix to form dough.
Knead dough on floured surface for 5-7 mins.
Place dough in greased bowl; cover with towel.
Let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Shape dough into a loaf; place on baking sheet.
Mix minced garlic with olive oil; brush over the loaf.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
