Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas for serving
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add sliced bell peppers and onion on top.
Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stir to combine all ingredients well.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Shred chicken before serving with tortillas.
Serve with optional toppings.
