Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices, chopped
  • ½ cup marinara sauce, plus extra for dipping
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

Unroll pizza dough on clean floured surface

Roll dough into 12x10 inch rectangle using rolling pin

Spread marinara sauce evenly over dough leaving ½-inch border

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over sauce

Distribute chopped pepperoni over cheese

Starting from long side roll dough tightly into log

Cut log into 8 equal slices using sharp knife

In small bowl mix melted butter garlic powder and Italian seasoning

Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes

Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray

Place pizza rolls in basket cut side up not touching

Brush tops with garlic butter mixture
