Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus mix
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, mix beef broth, ranch, and au jus.
Add steak pieces to slow cooker.
Pour mixture over steak evenly.
Top with bell peppers and onion.
Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Stir gently to combine ingredients.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
