Ingredients
- 2 lbs steak, cut into chunks
- 4 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
Instructions
Place steak chunks in the slow cooker.
Add halved baby potatoes, onion, and garlic.
In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour broth mixture over the steak and potatoes.
Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
Stir to combine all ingredients.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours until tender.
