Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen cheese ravioli (approx. 25 oz)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Mix ricotta with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray.
Spread 1 cup marinara sauce on bottom.
Layer half the ravioli over sauce.
Spread half of ricotta mixture on ravioli.
Top with 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan.
Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
Finish with last cup of marinara sauce.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan before serving.
