Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef steak, cubed
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced bell peppers or onions
Instructions
Cube the beef steak into 1-inch pieces.
Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika.
Place beef in the slow cooker.
Add barbecue sauce and beef broth.
Stir until beef is well coated.
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
Optional: add bell peppers or onions in last hour.
Shred meat before serving and mix well.
