- 1 cup cocoa powder or crushed nuts for coating
Instructions
Melt chocolate chips in a bowl with microwave or boiler
Stir in heavy cream and mix until smooth
Add raspberry puree and vanilla extract to chocolate mixture
Refrigerate mixture until firm, about 30 minutes
Scoop out truffle balls and coat with cocoa powder or nuts
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
